Service Description

60 minute sessions. 45 Minutes: Personalized Fitness Coaching. You'll receive a dynamic, results-driven workout designed specifically for your goals, fitness level, and body. We'll fine-tune your technique, maximize your effort, and build the strength and endurance you need. Expect expert instruction that makes every minute count. 15 - 30 Minutes: Nutrition & Lifestyle Habit Coaching. The real secret to long-term success isn't just the workout—it's what you do the other 23 hours of the day. In this dedicated time, we'll develop one to three actionable habits for nutrition, sleep, and stress management, giving you the tools to break through plateaus and make your progress stick. Stop guessing and start succeeding. Walk away with a powerful workout complete and a clear, personalized roadmap for a healthier lifestyle. The first session will include an in depth review of your current nutrition and lifestyle habits and collaborative development of a strategy to implement meaningful habit changes to bring you closer to your goals. Consistency is the key to success, so a minimum of 2 session per week are recommended. We will work on strength training and implementing healthy eating, sleeping, and stress management habits over time to get you feeling your best self. *Pricing flexible based on session frequency and length of commitment.
